Description:
The University of Bristol is seeking a part time University Lead Coach for the Men’s Volleyball team, to work within the Performance Sport division of the Centre for Sport, Exercise and Health. This post is offered on a part time basis from late September till end of March with a view to extension based on the performance of the club and a coach reviewed process into the overall development in that time.

The role will include approximately 4 hours of coaching delivery and a weekly BUCS home/away fixture on a Wednesday afternoon, the coach would need to be able to attend all sessions.

Sessions will be at the University Site: TBC

The post holder will develop, deliver and manage a whole club approach to coaching, playing and preparation programme to optimise performance in BUCS (British University College Sport) and other relevant competitions. They will demonstrate and instil and ‘can do’ culture and structure within the club built on the core values of the University and Performance programme which are Inspiration, Respect, Discipline, Enjoyment and Participation.

Ensuring player and coach development are central to raising the profile of Bristol University for academic and current sporting excellence.
