Following discussions with LED the club are pleased to announce that following investment by LED, Bucklers Mead Leisure Centre now has the capability to use their small hall for volleyball.
Wall fixings are in place and a net has been purchased that allows for small sided volleyball games to be played using the badminton court lines. This is ideal for our juniors as this is the format used for VE and SWVA junior competitions.
The club has already taken full advantage of these new facilities by holding dedicated training sessions for its current u15 girls and boys teams over and above the normal, general junior training sessions on Thursdays.
