U16 – U18 National Championships 2011-12

The U16 – U18 National Championships 2011-12 entry forms are now available.  All forms can be downloaded from the following pages on the website – http://www.volleyballengland.org/competitions/junior_competitions/national_u16_championships and http://www.volleyballengland.org/competitions/junior_competitions/national_u18_championships.

Please be sure that you have read the Rules before returning your completed entry form.  Entry forms can be returned via email to j.moore@volleyballengland.org or via post to;

The deadline for entries is Monday 8^th October 2012.
