Hello all, My name is Ignacio Díez (although you probably know me as Nacho). I’m a qualified NVL Referee and play for City of Bristol in the South West league.
There is the possibility of organising a Referee Level 4 Course in Bristol on the 17th of September, and I was wondering if your teams would be interested in sending someone. Getting people qualified to officiate would help improve the level of refereeing in the region, both in the Local Leagues and in the South West league.
Also, if there are any teams in your area who play in the National League, could you pass them this information please? Maybe they will be interested.
Some information you may want to know:
– the cost is £70 per learner (as of 1st of August).
– the course is 8 hours, typically from 9.00-17.00, on a Saturday. This is split into 4 hours in a sports hall in the morning and 4 hours in a classroom in the afternoon.
– The course is fully in person
– Learners must be at least 16 years old on the day of the course.
