The hotel does not normally cater for large groups, so they are going to open up an area for us to eat in and will be bringing in additional catering staff.
We have arranged for a buffet to be provided on Saturday evening for everyone, that’s both the Girls & Boys squads (plus coaches, 64 people) and a buffet for the Boys on Sunday evening (plus coaches, 30 people).
However, the hotel are only going to do a limited choice for each evening. One choice of starter, two mains’ dishes (and one vegetarian option if required) plus one dessert option.
We all need to vote for our top options for Saturday evening and from the results I will extract the boys preferred choice for Sunday evening. If anyone has other dietary requirements, please let us know below, so we can arrange.
