360 Beach and Watersports is a unique multisport facility situated at the heart of Swansea Bay, a stunning natural resource that lends itself to both land and water based activity. The Centre opened in September 2012 and offers opportunities for individuals and groups of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to get involved with a range of sports and activities.
Whether you want to try an activity for the very first time, are looking to improve your skills and abilities or are already a fully competent athlete, 360 has something for you. With a fully licensed beachside cafe bar, 360 also offers the perfect location to relax with friends and enjoy stunning panoramic views around the bay – by day and by night.
360 Beach and Watersports Centre was born out of a vision to develop Swansea Bay as a centre of excellence for watersports. 360 is one of a number of projects stretching from Porthcawl to Mumbles funded by the Wales European Funding Office as well as the Welsh Government through Visit Wales and the Regeneration Area programme.
Developed by the City and County of Swansea at a cost of £1.4m, the Centre is run by Bay Sports Limited, a not-for-profit company established by Swansea University and Bay Leisure Limited. Bay Leisure Ltd (BLL) is a not for profit company that is limited by guarantee and a leading leisure operator in the city.
TYPES OF SESSIONS AVAILABLE
360 Beach Volleyball Club – Every Thursday from 1800 – 1900 – Age 16+ – £3.50
Weather you are new to the sport or seasoned pro, join our volleyball coach to learn new skills, techniques & play matches on a weekly basis.
360 Kids Beach Volleyball Club – Every Sunday morning from 1000 – 1100 – Age 7+ – £3.00
Join our fab volleyball coach for a fun session suitable for all abilities. Play some games and improve your volleyball skills week after week.
360 Open Beach Volleyball – Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1530 – 1630 – Age 7+ – £3.00
This session is designed for families, friends, groups & individuals. Join our volleyball coach for a fun session including drills, games and matches.
COURT HIRE
You can hire one of our beach volleyball courts per hour to enjoy a game of your own with family or friends. Our price of just £10 per hour includes a volleyball and court.

WHILST YOU’RE ON THE BEACH
Your friends and family can relax in our Café Bar and watch you take part in your session. Our Café Bar has fantastic views of the beach & Swansea Bay, so even if they’re not taking part they won’t miss out on any of the action!
EQUIPMENT
Here at 360 we use competition standard nets and court layouts, use of all sports equipment included in the session cost.
SAFETY
Safety comes first with us here at 360, as well as being a Volleyball England Club, we hold an Adventure Activities License. We also ask that participants follow the instructions given by the instructor to ensure a fun and safe session is had by all.
CLOTHING
Please ensure you come dressed for the weather wearing suitable footwear for use on the sand. Don’t forget our changing, shower and locker facilities are free for you to use. Please note our lockers require a padlock with a 6-8mm diameter shackle, bring your own or you can purchase a resettable combination padlock from 360 for £5.
