CEV Equipment Allocation

In the summer the SWVA was allocated 16 CEV nets and 33 Mikasa balls from the CEV sponsored Youth Beach Volleyball Summer Fest at Sandbanks Poole. Following the event, Clubs were invited to put in a request for a share of the equipment.

A total of nine requests were received, following this weekends SWVA committee meeting, the following requests were approved.

  • Calne Comets have been awarded 1 beach volleyball net and 5 Mikasa beach Volleyballs (approx value £300).
  • Academy of Beach Sports have been awarded 7 beach volleyball net and 5 Mikasa beach Volleyballs (approx value £750)
  • St Peter’s High School VC have been awarded 4 beach volleyball net and 5 Mikasa beach Volleyballs (approx value £550).
  • Swindon Borough Council have been awarded 1 beach volleyball net and 5 Mikasa beach Volleyballs (approx value £300).
  • Exmouth Beach VC have been awarded 2 beach volleyball net and 3 Mikasa beach Volleyballs (approx value £300).
  • Plymouth Marjon VC have been awarded 1 beach volleyball net and 5 Mikasa beach Volleyballs (approx value £300)
  • SWJBT have been awarded 5 Mikasa beach volleyballs.
