After a 2 hour training session at Somerset College of Arts & Technology on the afternoon of Saturday 30th April, the whole squad travelled North towards Kettering, for their bid to try and win back the coveted Inter Regionals U15 trophy which has been ours two times in the last 3 years.
Last years failed attempt was still hurting the coaching staff of Head Coach Jurek Jankowski and Assistant Coach Anthony Roberts, who were determined to avenge last year’s organisational madness of not having cross over semi finals which cost us DEARLY.
South West therefore arrived one day early, fresh and relaxed; they even managed to still watch the girls play their round of matches, further motivation in readiness for the next day’s play.
