It is with great pleasure that we can now announce the 2nd South West Schools Beach Volleyball Championships 2013
This year with the help of the Sandbanks Beach Volleyball Festival organisers http://www.wessexvolleyball.com/sandbanks.asp and numerous Dorset and SWVA Volleyball helper.
The event will be at:
Sandbanks Beach, Poole Dorset on the Friday 5th July ahead of the British Junior Beach Volleyball Championships held at Sandbanks on the Saturday and Sunday 6/7th July, please check their website if you would be interested in playing in British Junior Beach Volleyball Championships.
The event is open to all counties in the SW, some counties will be holding a qualifying event ahead of the competition, Devon’s Beach Volleyball Championships are to be held in North Devon on Monday 24th June at Croyde Beach, where the top four teams from each category will then represent Devon at the SW Schools.
Denise Austin will be organising the entry from each SW school, please contact denise@beachvolleyballinc.com to discuss entry and any further information.
Entry will be £5 per team which will be payable to the SWVA.
The event will run from 10:30-3:00pm and will have pairs Under 12, U14, U16’s boys and girls events, they will be run on Pool play with if time allows semi final and finals.
