Dear All, Alongside the Grand Prix Semi-Finals which are taking place at Kettering on Saturday 22nd March I will be hosting a meeting in the afternoon to discuss a number of issues concerning sitting volleyball and I would like as many people as possible to come along and share their views.
During the afternoon we will discuss:
- Club Competitions (reviewing the GP and looking ahead to other competitions)
- Funding
- Great Britain Programmes
- Club Development needs
- Where do we see sitting volleyball in 10 years time?
- Short term targets
The schedule for the day will be:
10.30am – Warm Ups
11.00am – 1st Serve in both semi-finals (BattleBack v Portsmouth & East London Lynx v Lincoln Imps)
1.30pm – Meeting Begins (Time dependant on the duration of the matches)
5pm – Finish (at the latest!)
The day will provide an opportunity to watch the games as well as to share ideas and to help to shape the future of our sport. Please feel free to distribute this to as many people as possible and invite them along. If you would like to attend, please let me know by Friday 14th March so I have an idea of numbers.
