Many of you have been asking when we are going to open up entries for SW Champs. We would normally be doing this around now. Following the high demand for places and over subscription in the last couple of years, we are reviewing the entry criteria and process. A new process has been proposed and will be discussed at the next SWVA meeting on 2nd March.
Once the process has been agreed notification of the process and when entries will be open will be put on the website and on the newsletter. We are proposing that entries will be via an online time stamped form and that it will open on Saturday 9th March at 10am.
Now is a good time to start checking the availability of players within your club so that you are ready to enter when the entries open.
